These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you (“user”, “your”, “your”) and ElectronicAnarchy.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “our”). Contains the rules and restrictions governing your use of ElectronicAnarchy.com services (hereinafter referred to simply as "EA"). If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding these Terms or our products and services, please contact us by the means available on the website.
Using the EA means that you agree to all of these Terms, which will remain in effect as long as you use our platform. If you do not agree in whole or in part with these Terms, you will not be able to use the EA.
Use by minors
You represent and warrant that you are over 16 years of age and that you have received your parent's or guardian's permission to use the EA and that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Creating an EA Account
The EA is an open access platform, so no registration is required to browse the EA. However, if you want to collaborate in the EA, you will be asked to sign up for an account and select a password. You must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You may not select as your EA account name a name that you do not have the right to use, or the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person. The EA reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel the name of an EA Account at its sole discretion.
Pinning content on the EA
Everything you create and publish on the EA is yours. Any original content you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide to EA remains yours and is protected by copyright and any other applicable intellectual property laws.
Anything posted, uploaded, shared, stored, or otherwise provided through the EA is referred to as a "Post" in these Terms. There are certain rules which apply to all Posts and which are set out in these Terms.
Your Posts must not violate another person's rights (including EA's). Do not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, transmit, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell, market or otherwise exploit for any purpose any content that is not your own, unless you have consent from the owner of that content.
Limited license to us
In order to display your Posts on EA, and to allow other users to enjoy them, you grant us certain rights in your Posts, namely:
- You grant us a license to translate, modify, reproduce, and otherwise act on your Posts to allow us to provide, improve, and notify you of new functionality within the EA. You understand and agree that we may need to make changes to your Posts to adapt to the technical requirements of networks, devices, services or media, and this license includes the rights to do so. These modifications, if they occur, will always be in form and never in content.
- If you share a Post with other users on the EA, then you grant us the above license, as well as a license to display, perform, and distribute your Post. Furthermore, it grants all other EA users a license to access the Post, and to use and exercise all rights therein as permitted by the functionality of the EA.
- License Term: You agree that the licenses you grant are royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide. This is a license only - your ownership of the Posts is not affected.
- We reserve the right to remove any EA content at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if someone alleges that they contributed such content in violation of these Terms), in our sole discretion, and without early warning.
Intellectual property
We respect intellectual property rights, and reserve the right to delete or disable allegedly infringing content, and to terminate the accounts of alleged repeat infringers. You agree to abide by any copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and other restrictions that you may receive from us or that are posted on the EA.
You understand that we own the EA. These Terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in the EA, or our trademarks, logos and other intellectual property.
Acceptable Use Policy
The user is responsible for all his activity related to the EA. Make sure you use the EA in a way that complies with the law. If your use of the EA is prohibited by applicable law, then you are not authorized to use the EA. We cannot and will not be responsible for your use of the EA in a way that violates the law.
You therefore agree that you will not contribute to any publication or use the EA for any kind of fraudulent or threatening actions, as well as any activity that puts the security of your EA account or anyone else's account at risk (eg. someone else to log into the EA with your credentials or share your account or password with someone else).
Other Users and Third Parties
Publications made on the EA are the sole responsibility of the user who created that content. Access to all such content is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in any publication nor are we responsible for any damages or losses that the user may suffer as a result of the publication made by him.
The EA may contain links or links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. EA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed on any third party websites. The user releases and exempts us from any and all liability arising from the use of any third-party website or service.
In the event you have a dispute with one or more EA users or with a third party, you release us, our officers, employees, agents and successors from claims, demands and damages of any kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
No Warranties
The EA service is provided to you on an "as is" basis. This means that we provide it to you without express or implied warranties of any kind. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranty that your use of the EA will be uninterrupted or error free.
Therefore, we make no guarantees about any content contained in the EA or accessed through the EA, and we will not be responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in our products and services.
Close your account
The EA is free to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the EA, or your account, for any reason in our sole discretion. We will try to give you advance notice before we close your account so that you can recover any Posts you have posted, but we will not do so if we determine it would be impractical, illegal, contrary to the interest of someone's safety, or harmful to EA's rights or property .
The EA also allows you to delete your account at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from your account page. When you delete your account, any Posts associated with that account will also be deleted. However, any publication you have made public may remain available.
You understand and agree that it may not be possible to completely erase your content from EA's records or backups, and that your Posts may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent that they have been copied or stored by other users. Please consult our Privacy Policy to understand how we treat the information you provide to us after you have stopped using the EA.
You agree that some of the obligations under these Terms will apply even after your account is terminated. All of the following terms will survive termination: any obligations you have to pay or indemnify us, any limitations on our liability, any terms relating to ownership or intellectual property rights, terms relating to disputes between us, and any other terms that, by your nature, shall survive termination of these Terms.
If you have deleted your account by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will try to help, but we cannot promise that we can recover or restore anything.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not attempt to register for the EA or submit any personal information about yourself to us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe that a child under the age of 16 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Changes to the EA
We are always trying to improve the EA, so our products and services may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the EA, or we may introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the EA. We will try to notify our users when we make a material change to the EA that could adversely affect it, but this is not always possible or practical.
Changes to the Terms
We are constantly trying to improve our products and services, so these Terms may need to be changed along with the EA. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will bring this to your attention by posting a notice on the website, sending you an email, and/or by any other means.
If you do not agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them and, consequently, this means that you will no longer be able to use the EA. If you use the EA in any way after a change to the Terms is effective and you have been notified, that means you agree to all changes.
Violations of the Terms
Failure to comply with any of these Terms will constitute a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. EA has the sole right to decide whether you violate any of the restrictions set out in these Terms.
You agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and us, and supersede and supersede all prior written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
